CNC vertical lathe is suitable for machining in various industries. CNC vertical lathe deburring workpiece when processing:

1. Chemical deburring

The cleaned metal parts are placed in a chemical solution (50°C) and the surface metal of the parts is transferred to the solution as ions. These ions accumulate on the surface of the workpiece and form a layer of mucous membrane with high electrical resistance and low electrical conductivity through chemical reaction. The surface of the workpiece is protected from corrosion, and the burr protrudes from the surface. Chemical reactions will remove the burr. When processing, just one slot is enough. Different chemical solutions are used depending on the material of the deburring workpiece. The main components of the base can be hydrochloric acid, phosphoric acid, sulfuric acid, dihydric aniline hydrochloride and water, etc., and are prepared in proportion. Chemical deburring is suitable for small metal parts and removes fine burrs less than 0.07mm thick.

2. High temperature deburring

First, the parts needed to be deburred were placed in a tightly sealed chamber, and then a certain pressure of hydrogen-oxygen gas mixture was fed. After being ignited by a spark plug, the mixed gas instantaneously exploded and released a large amount of heat. The instantaneous temperature was as high as 3300° C or higher. Due to the extremely short explosion time, the burrs of the parts are burned, and other parts of the parts are too late to change. During the explosion, the high-pressure gas is invulnerable. All internal holes, cross holes, grooves, deep holes, etc. of the parts can be burned. Need special high temperature deburring machine.

This method of deburring applies to any structural shape of metal, plastic, rubber parts, in particular, the shape of a complex and difficult to manually remove the burr parts. In the operation process, CNC vertical lathe chooses the proper mixing ratio of hydrogen and oxygen according to the materials of different parts, steel, alloy steel and copper are insensitive to the mixture, and the ratio of hydrogen to oxygen can be in the range of 2:1 to 2:2. Slightly higher than 2:1. Second, we must choose the inflation pressure. Generally speaking, steel and alloy steels have high inflation pressures, followed by brass and aluminum alloys. Before deburring, the parts must be cleaned and dried; after deburring, they are put into a phosphoric acid mixed solution and neutralized to remove the oxide film.

3. Roll deburring

Put a certain proportion of workpieces and abrasives into the closed drum. During the rotation of the drum, grinding occurs between the parts and the abrasive, the parts and the parts, and the burrs are removed. The barrel deburring machine has special deburring machines and centrifugal rolling machines. Abrasives can be quartz sand, sawdust, alumina, ceramics, dolomite, silicon carbide, metal rings, and the like. Choose from the material, shape and size of the part, and the location and size of the burrs.
