How to maintain and maintain CNC machine tools
May 09, 2018

1.Daily inspection: mainly include hydraulic system, spindle lubrication system, guide rail system, cooling system and pneumatic system.

Daily inspection is based on the system to detect normal conditions. For example, when the process of spindle lubrication system is testing, the power light, hydraulic pump should be operation normally. If the power light is not bright, you should keep the spindle stop, contact with machinist for repair.

2.Weekly inspection: mainly include machine parts and spindle lubrication system, which should be checked correctly every week. Especially for machine parts, remove iron scrap and conduct external debris cleaning.

3.Monthly inspection: mainly check the power supply and air dryer.

The power supply voltage is rated at 180v~220v under normal conditions, and the frequency is 50hz. If there is any abnormality, it should be measured and adjusted.

The air dryer should be removed once a month and then cleaned and assembled.

4.Quarterly inspection: mainly check the machine tool bed, hydraulic system and spindle lubrication system.

For example, when inspecting machine tool bed, it is mainly to check whether machine tool accuracy and machine tool level meet the requirements in the manual. If there is any problem, contact with machinist immediately.

When checking the hydraulic system and spindle lubrication system, if there is any problem, replace the new oil and clean it.

5.Semi-annual inspection: after half a year, check the hydraulic system, spindle lubrication system and X-axis of the machine tool. If there is any problem, new oil should be replaced and cleaned.
